This report summarizes marriages entries relating to Armenians in North America by location where the marriage was recorded (or where the license was issued). Marriages were sometimes recorded in the town or county where the groom or bride resided, as well as where the marriage ceremony was performed. For Mexico, the administrative division of municipality (municipio) is equivalent to county in USA and Canada.

This database table currently represents just a few of the communities in North America where Armenian immigrants can be found. The records abstracted are those where the images of the marriage registers or the certificates themselves are available online. As more of these images become available, and as time permits, I will continue to expand the scope of this coverage. Volunteers are graciously providing assistance in transcribing records from other Armenian settlement communities.

Several options are presented below for customizing this report. By default, the report is created at the detail (Marriage Record County) level, sorted by Country and State/Province. The scope of the report can be summarized at the State/Province detail level by unchecking the box labeled "Detail by County?". The sort order can be changed to sort in descending order by count. (If sort is selected, a suppression filter can also be activated to not show the counts less than the desired percentage, in increments of 1%, 2%, 3%, etc.)
